Over a year ago, my "Live" email site was hacked by someone using a foreign language! All attempts to contact tech. support at live, in hopes of correcting the problem and retaining my account, were ignored by windows live! After numerous attempts to contact the management and support team at Windows Live, I gave up and opened a new account with Yahoo.
A lot of grief, lost contacts, and potentially lost business!
Why do websites, such as Windows Live, make it impossible to contact them regarding problems?
Sidenote: Since changing my provider to Yahoo, I have experienced 'no' problems with hacking and no problem with changing password, etc.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with Windows Live, and have they been able to resolve it without dumping their site? I would love to recover my lost contacts and site, without having to learn an incomprehensible language!
